Awesome to have created the music for Cisco's GSX fy2016 event-opener, held last month at the MGM Grand Arena! Electronica for 17,000 + people!
Working on a big new orchestral project for Charles Schwab... and the best goes on.
I'm proud to announce that I am scoring indie feature film, "The Mix" for In The Garage Productions, co-directed by Chris Mollica and Greg Townsend.
I've also just finished scoring event films for Autodesk, and earlier this year, for Netsuite. Both were through Bay Area event powerhouse, Tencue Productions.
Here's an edited clip from the dubstep/sound design monster mentioned above. Kudos and thanks to video wizards Remedy Editorial, and event production masters Tencue Productions!
Busy is right! Music I scored two different event films created for Cisco's FY15 conclave at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for a capacity crowd of 17,ooo+. I also scored an event opener for Charles Schwab that featured string quartet, Spinphony, playing along live to the film!

Happy to announce that work has begun on an audiobook narration project for audible.com. The book, "The Trail of Money" by Peter David Shapiro, will be completed on 5 May 2014, and available on audible.com and amazon.com soon thereafter. A new chapter begins, indeed.
Scores for event films for Cisco, BMW, Siemans and Charles Schwab kept the presses humming in the 4th quarter of 2013. Looking forward to more this year!!
Very exciting! Tencue Productions trusted Scott Wilk Music to co-compose, orchestrate and coordinate music for a truly ground-breaking Cisco event. Using Cisco's Telepresence, musicians in London, Singapore, Raleigh, NC and San Jose, CA synchronoiusly performed the opening video's track... LIVE! Over 60,000 people watched the distributed video and tele-conference.
Off to Sundance tomorrow! Favorite bit: attending the infamous BMI table-switching dinner Tuesday night... at the kind invitation of Doreen Ringer-Ross!
After umptee-ump years with ASCAP, I am switching to BMI as of April 1, 2012!!
New publishing company there, too: STRATEGIC RABBITS (BMI)
New Wave wasn't all skinny ties and hairspray. Newly rediscovered and re-mastered, Red Rabbit Records presents 8 songs that capture early '80's "idea rock".
