I'm a Los Angeles-based, Oberlin Conservatory-educated composer-producer with a very eclectic musical background. From minimalism through electronica to edgy rock, I use my wide experience to my clients' creative advantage. Have a listen! And here's a link to my soundcloud page:
https://soundcloud.com/scottwilkI've made records for Warner Bros. and Capitol Records. Bette Midler and James Brown have recorded my songs, among others; Warner-Chappell, Quincy Jones and Emerald Forest Entertainment publish hundreds of them.
An indie feature I scored, "The Mix", is now available through Amazon Prime. This award-winning pic is distributed by powerhouse Comedy Dynamics.
Other film scoring credits include four of director Martha Coolidge’s movies, including cult hit “Valley Girl", and Paramount feature, “Plain Clothes". Songs have appeared in studio pictures “Ted 2", "Beverly Hills Cop II” and TV shows including "Family Guy" and "New Girl" among others.
With former music partner Todd Yvega, I scored well over 100 TV episodes, including Paramount’s award-winning “Duckman” and two Disney shows: The #1-rated "ABC's One Saturday Morning" and "One, Too!"
For the past several years, I have been scoring corporate event films for Berkeley, CA-based Tencue Productions, LLC. Recent clients include Cisco Systems, BMW & Charles Schwab. Here's a link to the 2018 Cisco event. Performed before a live audience of over 18,000, the piece involved 151 live performers and my pre-recorded track.

I'm lucky to have toured the world as musical director / keyboard player for Charlie Sexton, appearing on MTV New Year's Eve and live TV shows in Japan, France and the U.K.
